(the discs can be bought at most craft stores)
Pour all the discs into a microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave in 1 minute increments. You must stir in between because even though they melt, they still hold their shape.
After they are melted stir in the CHUNKY peanut butter until smooth.
Pour into a 9X13 cake pan that was sprayed with PAM or something like that.
Refrigerate 30 min, then let sit out 30 min till soft enough to cut into little pieces.
