I am having lawn trouble and I'm at my wits end. I did the weed and feed thing in the early spring and now the clover and it's pretty purple flowers are taking over. Any help getting rid of it is greatly appreciated.

Might have something to do with housing area restrictions.
Some homeowner's assns. are very exclusive in their requirements.

1 pound of white Clover pellets is what I throw out on my yard yearly. Rabbit poop is the best fertilzer you can get...makes my yard look beautiful before mowing or even after. Can't undertand why you would want to kill it. I have heard of some lawns that were nothing but clover...less mowing! Makes alot of sense to me...but to each his own.

Clover is great for enriching your soil. Just keep mowing it with the grass and as the soil gets better, the clover will die out. Weed killers are doing genetic damage to frogs so it may be doing damage to us also.

I would rather suggest that the clover might be preferable to grass as a ground cover since maintenance is generally easier and it is prettier

Weed killer only works when the night time temps are at a certain degree of warmth. Read the labels of the bottles. Otherwise you are wasting time and money. I learned this the hard way.

Broadleaf weed killer. Be sure to get something that does not kill grass.
