Hi Amy,
You actually have already found where to start a topic when you submitted this request. Just click on the "Submit a Request" link on the top of any page.
It can also be found here: http://www.thriftyfun.com/post_request.ldml
Then select a category that best fits your request and post your question. We will then let you know when your request is posted by email and we will feature your request in the Daily Thrifty Tips newsletter.
For the most part, the only time we don't publish requests is when a similar request has already been posted and adequately answered. Generally, they all get published.
