ITS ALWAYS GOOD WHENEVER YOU FIND THE HEAD OF ALL CHAINS TO BEABLE TO BUY FROM. LIKE DOLLAR STORE SUPPLIERS. OR PARTY SHOP HEADS. EVERYONE GET MY DRIFT? THANKS SO MUCH

I too vote for Oritental Trader. The yellow pages might give a hint to local shops. We have Institutional foods and Nanicolla here that cover carnivals, weddings and church functions.

I just went into a Dollar Tree store and was amazed at the amount of party supplies! of course everything is only 1.00 each!

If you have access to a floral supply wholesaler (you need a resale lic. or business license) they have a lot of part supplies -like balloons leis, etc.
