I'm planning to start a small business for producing burger. I would like to know more about it. Could you please send me some useful information regarding this?

Pietari - I am living in Beijing China, also planning to run a hamburger businss here. However, I have very limited knowledge about it, particularly the food processing, how to make a good burger! Would like to learn more from others, if you are willing to exchange ideas, please email me to to_yuyu AT hotmail.com

You probably would be breaking a whole lot of laws. In my state you absolutely couldn't do it without lots of health department regulations. Before you go any further, check into the laws in your area. Candy and baked goods are the only things you can sell without stringent regulations, because they don't require refrigeration.
