Charcuterie Grazing Table

May 12, 2021

A charcuterie grazing table. My dining room table was set with pedestal, cutting boards, marble slabs and other dishes to complete the Charcuterie Grazing table for Christmas Eve. I prepared cornbread dressing muffins in mini-pans (using paper liners). A stewed chicken provided the broth for the cornbread dressing muffins. These were placed in the center of the table in a wreath like form with the shredded chicken in the center; each "muffin" was topped with cranberry sauce.

Around the table, the pedestals and other platters, cutting boards were filled with cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, candied fruits, honey, jams and jellies, crackers, grapes. This table served about 10-12 people and I had leftovers and prepared two platters for my husband and I to enjoy.
