Chocolate Nut Banana Sushi on plateA quick and easy treat to make for dessert or treats for a party. Perfect for any occasion and affordable to make. Most of the items you may already have at home.


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 0

Total Time: 10 minutes + chill in fridge

Yield: 2 people


  • 2 bananas
  • 3 Tbsp your choice of nuts
  • 2 Tbsp banana peanut butter (any butter)
  • 1.5 Tbsp chocolate filled peanut (your choice of chocolate)


  1. Chop your choice of nuts. I used assorted nuts.

  5. Peel your bananas.
  6. 2 peeled bananas

  7. Spread layer of your choice of nut butter (I used banana peanut butter).

  9. Top off with your chopped assorted nuts and chocolate.

  11. Optional: Allow to chill in the fridge before serving then cut into pieces (sushi serving style), or they can be served immediately after you make them depending on your preference.

Gosh, my previous post "went somewhere", so I'll post again.
Maybe because I wasn't signed in yet.

I wanted to say how yummy that banana looks, and thank you for another way to eat them. I love bananas, but they get boring tasting, and I usually end up making banana bread to finish off the bunch before they go bad, but this looks so tasty I'm trying on the next bunch.

You're welcome! Bananas are getting ripe quicker so I am trying to find more ways to use up the bananas. It's a tasty way and a nice dessert!
