In the blender put all ingredients. Puree until all strawberries chunks are gone.
This low calorie smoothie is delicious and is a perfect breakfast or snack if you are on a diet.
Place all ingredients in blender except Reddi-Whip. Blend on high 45 seconds, pour into glasses, and top with Reddi-Whip.
Serving size is 12 oz.
