These smoothies are always a big hit with people with a sweet tooth, health conscious people, and of course people who love smoothies!
- Makes 2 servings
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 2 sliced bananas
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
In the blender put all ingredients. Puree until all strawberries chunks are gone.

I do a similiar one, but freeze the bananas and use orange juice rather than milk. In the blender, this makes a really slushy drink.
This low calorie smoothie is delicious and is a perfect breakfast or snack if you are on a diet.
- 2/3 cup frozen strawberries (plain, not in syrup)
- 5 oz. light soy milk
- 2 tsp. French Vanilla Coffeemate powder (dissolve in 1 oz. warm water)
- 1 oz. sugar free strawberry syrup
- 3 Splenda packets
- 3 large ice cubes
- Fat-free Reddi-Whip
Place all ingredients in blender except Reddi-Whip. Blend on high 45 seconds, pour into glasses, and top with Reddi-Whip.
Serving size is 12 oz.
Calories 135, fat 1g, sodium 82 mg, carbs 28 g, fiber 2.5g, sugar 21g, protein 4 g.
- 1 cup strawberry frozen yogurt
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks with juice.
- 1/2 cup milk
In blender, combine all ingredients and blend for 2 minutes adding ice cubes for a thicker consistency if desired. Divide into four serving glasses. Garnish with low-fat whipped topping and a fresh strawberry.
