This is a herbal drink I make twice a week. It is very easy and healthy for you. This recipe is good for 4 cups and the mushroom is edible as well. Dried black fungus is believed to help with blood circulation, lowers cholesterol and other benefits.

Ingredients:
1/2 gal water
7 pieces dried black fungus whole
Dash of salt
Steps:
Prep the black fungus mushrooms in a bowl and add warm water just above the mushrooms for 15 minutes. You will see the debris come out.
The mushroom will expand and rinse clean. Optional: Cut mushrooms into smaller pieces.
In a pot, boil water. Once boil, add the mushroom pieces in, dash of salt and lower heat. Cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
