Fresh Mango Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1-1.5 glass of milk

Steps:

  1. Take a ripe, peeled mango and cut into small pieces (make sure to use a sweet mango). Fret not if it is pale in colour.

  3. Add the cut mango to 1 or 1 1/2 glasses of milk. Add a few ice cubes and add the sugar.

  5. Use a blender to mix everything well. Make sure it is smooth and there are no mango pieces left. You can even add a few strands of saffron at this stage to give the mango shake a deep yellow/orange colour.

  7. Serve the mango shake in a nice tall glass with a dollop of ice cream or thick cream on top! One mango should be good for about 3 glasses. The shake it pretty thick and viscous. You can dilute it based on your personal liking.
