Grape Salad

Not the same old-same old congealed salad. Delicious, easy, and not likely to be duplicated at a covered dish dinner

Ingredients:

  • green and/or red seedless grapes
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 - 8 oz. containers of sour cream
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
Topping
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 - 1 cup chopped pecans
Ad

Directions:

Line bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish with grapes.

Mix softened cream cheese sour
cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy.

Pour mixture over grapes.

Mix cup of brown sugar and chopped pecans and sprinkle over the
top.

Refrigerate until time to serve.

Servings: 10
Time:+/- 15 Minutes
