These are perfect for Valentine's Day, and a healthier treat than most. Children and adults will both enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 6 oz. dark chocolate candy melts, dark chocolate chips, or baker's chocolate. (I used semisweet chocolate chips, since that is what I had.)
- parchment or wax paper
- toothpicks
Steps:
- Peel clementines. Take off as much white material as possible. Separate into sections.
- Cut with a knife as shown.
- Put two edges together to form a heart. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining sections.
- Melt chocolate.
- Use a spoon to coat the bottom part of the heart.
- Let cool on parchment paper until the chocolate sets.
