Making Small Amounts of Homemade Bisquick

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 cup flour (I used half whole wheat, half all-purpose)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup oil or shortening

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
