Quick and tasty

In shallow non-metallic dish, combine lemon juice, white wine, Lipton Onion Recipe Mix, vegetable oil and basil. Add chicken to marinade; let stand for 20 minutes, turning chicken occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on oiled rack on broiler pan; broil 6 in from heat for l5-20minutes (depending on size of chicken breasts), basting with reserved marinade for first 10 minutes and turning often, until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a skewer.

Brown roast in pan on both sides, until brown. While it's browning, boil 1 coffee pot full of water (in coffee pot). When roast is brown, leave in same pan you browned it in, pour hot water over it. Add 2 packs of Lipton Onion soup mix, add 1 onion chopped, salt and pepper, garlic, seasoned salt.

Salt, pepper, and flour the meat. Brown in hot oil. In the meantime, mix the mushroom soup, mushroom pieces, and milk together in a bowl. This is your gravy. Remove meat and drain skillet.

I have the recipe somewhere.
Brown the meat. Blend tomato paste, water and a package of Lipton Onion Soup mix . Add to meat. Simmer for an hour and a half, covered.
Serve over wide egg noodles.
Sound familiar?
I forgot how much water.
I will write back when I find this recipe.
