Here is a cute and thoughtful card you and your child can make together. This card would be a cute touch to give to aunts, uncles, or other family members especially if your family members live afar, this card could be mailed. :)

Total Time: 20 minutes

Supplies:

  • construction paper
  • scissors
  • glue stick
  • googly eyes
  • pen

Steps:

  1. Trace your child's hand on to black construction paper.
  2. Fold your card shape and glue the hand down.
  3. Cut out a white paper circle and glue down to resemble a penguin's belly.
  4. Cut a diamond shape for the beak and glue it down. Add eyes. Now you are ready to write your message, I wrote "Thinking of you" for this card. However, it can be made universal depending on your own custom phrase. :)
