How do I get ink from a printer cartridge out of a pink 100% cotton top which can not be bleached?

Hi Judy!

I gather the ink is everywhere. Hairspray has removed every kind of ink I've ever tried it on, and never hurt the fabric or dye. I would try buying a bottle of non-aerosol hairspray, any kind, pouring it into a basin or sink, and hand-washing the top in that. Soak it and then try to work the ink out.

If you are just dealing with spots, then just spray it where you need it.
