Spray with white vinegar and let soak for a while. Wash as you normally would, repeat with every washing, eventually it should go away.

Can you use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide? Or will that bleach your dark clothes?

You can make a paste of baking soda, dawn dishwashing soap and hydrogen peroxide. Put it on the stain and leave it about 30 minutes. That will remove most stains. White vinegar will work also . Neither method will bleach dark fabric.
