I am turning 15 soon as well there are many things you and your friends can enjoy:
-ice skating
-movies
-small party
-going to the mall and trying on different outfit
-sleepover
-scary movie marathon with pizza
-go out to lunch with a small group of friends
anything that you would enjoy I am sure your friends will enjoy
I would try party city and if there is no party city near you then shop on line at partycity.com
if i was you i would do a spa party i am turning 15 in 3 weeks and my mom gave me a few ideas
1 spa party
2 sleepover
3 a dance party
