Fresh Veggie Filling
Look at the vibrant colors of the filling. Perfect to eat in wraps, sandwiches, tacos, pita bread, bagels or just by itself! Very healthy and guaranteed to be delicious!

- 1 avocado
- 1/2 onions
- 1/4 lettuce
- 3 lemon wedge
- dash of salt and pepper
- Wash lettuce, tomato, and cilantro.
- Dice the tomato, onion and slice avocado, lettuce and cilantro.
- Put all the diced and sliced ingredients into a bowl to mix. Incorporate freshly squeezed lemon juice and add dash of salt and pepper.
- Ready to serve as is or in a wrap like I have pictured. Also perfect to put in pita pockets, sandwiches, tacos, and so forth!
- I have wheat tortilla wrap with a slice of havarti cheese topped with this delicious filling and then wrap to eat!
