A "dump chicken" recipes involve marinating chicken and freezing it. You then thaw the chicken out, "dump" it in a baking pan, and bake it. The chicken is flavorful and moist.
You may use 4-8 pieces of chicken, bone-in or boneless, skin-on or skinless. For this recipe I used bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs.
Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 35-50 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes to an hour
Yield: 4-8 servings, depending on how many pieces of chicken you use

What are the seeds on the chicken?
I think those are the seeds in the mustard.
Not sure, but looks like mustard seeds. I have often seen recipes with similar pictures of the finished product that did not include them in the list of ingredients. At best, they should be listed as an option. Otherwise, it is misleading.
