I used a 6N Shades EQ with drops of Gray Magic. It went 2 levels darker. Is there anything I can do to take it out?

My friend had this issue and the hairdresser had her wash her hair with dawn dish detergent twice then deeply condition over the next few days. Hope this will help you.
