If one uses Ragu sauce, it isn't kosher for Passover, nor is it kosher at all. No Ragu products are certified kosher. If you enjoy matzah pizza at Passover, try www.kosher.com/.../tomato-sauces for a good selection of sauces.

These are all certified kosher for Passover and year-round use.

We make our own sauce, sometimes adding sliced zucchini. For a different twist, use flour tortillas. We love Peruvian Pizza (Machu Pichu, Matza Pizza)!

Flour tortillas are not kosher for Passover either.
