Quick and Easy Cheese Soup


  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 can cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Ad
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


In a stockpot, mix the water, butter, carrots and pepper together and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the soup, milk, cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese and the bacon. Cook on low heat for at least 1 hour and serve.
