Keeping the House Cool

Another way to help keep cool this summer is to use ceiling and box fans to help circulate the air throughout the house. It's also an important thing to remember to make sure your attic is well ventilated, too.

Plant a Tree

One of the best ways to help your cooling costs this summer is to plant a tree. They say that by planting a tree you can reduce your cooling costs by 25%. For the best results place a leafy shade tree to the south and west and evergreen type trees to the north.
