- 6-8 cooked potatoes, diced*
- 1/2 lb. fried bacon
- medium size onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- Velveeta cheese
*Could use more potatoes, if desired.)
Cook onion in grease of bacon. Add onions and fried bacon to potatoes. Stir together soups and Velveeta cheese, to taste. Dribble a little milk. Cook at 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
