Scenery: Yellow Wildflowers (MI)

This picture was taken at the Wildlife Nature Preserve in Southfield, MI. I was walking through the woods and I saw these small yellow flowers standing alone in a sea full of tall grass. This picture was taken with a Nikon S-203 digital camera.

This looks like the invasive plant "leafy spurge" that is taking over many native grazing lands. It should be destroyed, however, there is usually seven years growth underground and spreads prolifically.
