- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (10oz. each)
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 can artichokes, drained (14oz.)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Saute' onions in margarine. Mix remaining ingredients. Fold into ingredients spinach and onion. Place in casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F or until thoroughly heated.
