Storing Leftover Tomato Paste

A tablespoon of tomato paste in a plastic bag.I wrap tablespoon portions in plastic wrap and store them in a freezer bag. They stay a long time and there is no waste.

Frozen is best but not in the can. Fill ice cube trays with left over tomato paste and freeze. Once frozen, remove from the trays and store in a freezer bag for 2-3 months.
