Wildlife: Chipmunk

I think these guys like having their photo taken. They always sit upright to strike a pose whenever they hear the camera noises. I consider this an "AWW" picture!

It took me two months to find a chipmunk still enough to photograph. This one was sitting on the fence chirping as if to say "here I am". The picture was taken at Sturbridge Village, MA.

We used to see many chipmunks almost everywhere, but for the past two years, they have been very scarce. I miss the cute little busy fellas and the same with the squirrels. So few are around now for some reason.
