Cheap Homemade Raisin Sauce
Make sauce ahead of time and store in 'fridge. Sauce will keep for about 3 months.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon tangy mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins
Mix ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Store the sauce in a sterilized jar in the 'fridge. Great for basting your ham.

I'd be afraid to keep it for 3 months, seems like a mighty long time.
