If you have a wheel between the left and right buttons on your mouse, hold down the Ctrl key and roll the wheel toward you and the print on the screen will become larger. Roll wheel away from you and the print will become smaller.
One more thing to add to the above post. If you can't receive the emails in bold print, simple highlight the entire email and paste it into a new email form on AOL. Click the 'bold' button, then read.
Some free web-based email services (Yahoo, for instance) have a formatted version you can use to add background color, different fonts, bold or italic fonts, etc.
If you are using notepad to edit the email, you just have to add the code.
I'm not on AOL (tired of the poor service) but this works with MS Outlook Express: Click on Tools, then click on Options, click on Read, then click on Fonts. Choose user defined and make your selection of one of your bold fonts. Make sure to click on ok as you exit each window so that your choices are applied. You can experiment with different ones 'till you find the one you like. Try sending emails to yourself with the font you chose as the subject line after you implement each one and you'll get through the process faster than waiting for new mail so you can see it. You can then store those emails in a folder in case you want to choose another one later (so you'll remember what it looks like). You could also store these directions there. Hope this was helpful.
