Dr. Byrd's Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups ripe diced banana
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil (vegetable)
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8oz.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Stir ingredients together. Grease angel food cake pan. Pour in batter and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

is the amount of oil (1 1/2 cups) correct??? sounds like a lot.
