Dr. Byrd's Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups sifted flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups ripe diced banana

• 1 1/2 cups cooking oil (vegetable)
• 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8oz.)
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Stir ingredients together. Grease angel food cake pan. Pour in batter and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
