Ingredients:
- 2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate morsels
- 1 cup milk
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- Chocolate crust
Directions:
Combine marshmallows, chocolate morsels, milk, and unsweetened chocolate in a glass mixing bowl. Microwave at high 4-5 minutes, stirring once. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, and pour into prepared chocolate crust. Freeze until firm.
Chocolate Crust:
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
Directions:
Place butter in a small glass mixing bowl. Microwave at high 1 minute. Add chocolate crumbs; mix well. Press chocolate crumb mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Microwave at high 1 minute or until firm. Cool.
