Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 package Hostess (or comparable) cinnamon rolls
- 5 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. Melted margarine
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat in eggs and slowly stir in milk. Add rolls that have been broken up into small pieces. Add raisins. Mix well. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Vanilla Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3 cup water
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix sugar, cornstarch in saucepan, gradually stir in water, add margarine. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute stirring constantly. Serve warm over Bread pudding.
