Turkey Hot Dish
Good use of leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
- 2-3 cups diced turkey
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
- 1 can mushrooms and juice
- 1 can cream of onion soup -(If you can't find this in the store, use cream of mushroom)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Mix and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
