I'd say the one with the most kids should get a bronzed baby shoe or a figurine in the shape of an old-fashioned button-up shoe. (Think "The Little Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe.)
Oldest gets a bottle of Geritol or Centrum Silver vitamins (or a cane.)
Youngest gets an old-fashioned baby bonnet or tricycle, real or matchbox-sized.
Farthest-traveled gets a globe or atlas.
If you had "most successful" as a category, I'd suggest a pouch of those gold-colored plastic pirate coins or chocolate foil-covered coins. Or a bottle of "champagne," which could be sparkling cider or bubble bath.)
