Indian Chicken

Put oil in a vessel, heat it and add the paste of garlic, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, cloves, cardamom, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Fry it well and add chicken pieces, allow it to boil with a small quantity of water. The burner of the gas stove will be in the sim (simmer) position because the gravy we'll get is highly spicy, after boiling, allow it to dry you'll get a good green chili chicken gravy. Enjoy it.

You can cook without curry leaves. Most spice shops sell dried curry leaves and you can add few leaves because curry leaves give any Indian dish flavor.

How much of each spice do I need to make this recipe?

Hi, I was wondering. Since here in the US, fresh curry leaves are not as available as in India. We have to use curry powder. How would you estimate equivalent quantities of leaves and / or powder? Thanks, Namaste
