Man Food - Potatoes, Sausage and Eggs

Potatoes, sausage, eggs, cayenne, seasoned salt, pepper.

Brown sausage, then drain fat. Add in taters that have been cut into 1/4 inch cubes. Then add eggs that have been cracked and sturred. The whole time you're frying, add the cayenne, seasoned salt, and pepper. Don't have a hay-day but just add enough until it looks good. If it looks good it will taste good!

I bake my potatoes in the microwave first.

Good idea. But taters take a long time to cook. I usually fry mine for 20-30 minutes before adding them to anything else.
