Adding Molding to Laminate Cabinet Doors

Before painting laminate cabinet doors in a kitchen, I would really like to add trim to make the flat surfaces look more like real wood. Is this possible? And how do I do it?

I don't know how you would do it, but I'm sure if you ask at your home improvement store, they could tell you. Myself I just want the plain front doors, for easier cleaning.
