Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put 2/3 of crumb mixture in jellyroll pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool. I use 1 1/2 recipes for crumbs.
In saucepan combine yolks, sugar, cornstarch, sour cream and raisins. Boil 5-10 minutes. Stir often. Pour over crumb crust. Cover with remaining crumbs and bake 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
