Overnight Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped, florets only
2 cup Miracle Whip
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:

Place in large bowl in order given. Miracle Whip should completely cover previous layer. Cover tightly; store overnight in refrigerator; toss and serve.

Recipe: Overnight Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

1 head lettuce, cut up
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 package frozen green peas, unthawed
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
grated Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Directions

Layer first five ingredients in pan. Spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar, then cheese and bacon. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.
