Great Italian-style dish!
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 1/2 cups extra chunky tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, halved
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 10 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Fry pepperoni in skillet. Add green pepper, and fry until crisp. Add tomato sauce and olives. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Toss sauce mixture with hot macaroni. Place into serving dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
