Preacher's Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can crushed pineapple (large)(drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix ingredients together by hand. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. Cool, then frost.
