Easy Coconut Pudding Cake

Easy and good.

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow cake mix and ingredients from box (egg, oil)
  • 1 large box instant coconut pudding
  • Cool Whip
  • grated coconut

Directions:

Prepare a yellow cake mix, cool, then cut in half lengthwise. Prepare a large box of instant coconut pudding, pour pudding on top of cake layer then add the other layer. Spread Cool Whip on cake and a generous amount of coconut on top. Enjoy!
