Maybe this is what you are looking for:
Cherry Coke Salad
Yummy!
Ingredients:
1 can Bing cherries (1 lb.)
1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb.)
1 pkg. cherry gelatin (6oz.)
12 oz. cherry cola
Directions:
Drain juices. Add water to make 2 cups. Heat to boiling; add
gelatin and stir. Cool; add cola and fruit. Refrigerate.

I am not sure if you mean a recipe just for the jello. If so, try black cherry jello and use cola in place of the cold water.
