What does KA083181RM means for the sheriffs dept? It refers to a court case.

Yes, it's best to call your sheriff's office and ask them.

Probably is the Docket number, or the booking number. Call them and ask them. Actually, they are public servants and can/ most likely answer any question they can, without putting the case in peril. Always ask first, it will at least give you a starting point. Good luck
