Ham's Restaurants Coleslaw Recipe |

I am looking for a recipe similar to the homemade coleslaw served at Ham's Restaurants (Southeast franchise). It is not made from shredded cabbage as are most cole slaws and the dressing has a mild tangy flavor. Thank you!

Where in the Southeast? Never heard of this chain and I live in the heart of the Southeast.
