- 1 package fettuccini (12 oz.)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
Cook the fettuccini according to the package directions and drain. Mix the sage, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper with the melted butter. Toss with the warm fettuccini. Mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and the Swiss cheese with the fettuccini. Serve immediately. May add grilled chicken or seafood, if desired.
