This is a recipe I created. Take four pieces of foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix equal amounts of hot water and instant white rice. Lay that in the bottom of foil, add spoonfuls of peas and carrots, next lay boneless chicken on top. Finally cover with Italian salad dressing. Make a packet with the foil and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees F. This is wonderful.
