- 3oz. pkg. dry lime gelatin
- 15 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 lg. Cool Whip
- 1 lg. pkg. mini marshmallows
- 1 pkg. butter mints, crushed
Mix gelatin, pineapple (plus juice), and marshmallows. Let stand at room temperature overnight. Stir in Cool Whip and crushed mints. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and freeze.

How large a package of butter mints is needed for this? Sounds good, but with these kind of ingredients I want it to turn out right.
